Terms of Service

Clear terms for building with BluKavantUI.

Effective October 21, 2026

1. Who we are

BluKavantUI is provided by BluTek Media LLC, a company based in Florida, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to BluTek Media LLC. These terms apply to our website, customer accounts and related services. Contact us through our contact form.

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the agreement.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, account access and license keys, and for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

3. Community and Pro licenses

Community and Pro have different license terms. The license supplied with each Community package governs that package. Pro is commercial software; its use is governed by the commercial license and your accepted license order. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of BluKavantUI.

Standard Pro plans are priced per developer and cover both Web and OutSystems. Your order specifies developer seats and either single-application or multi-application coverage. Each developer who works with Pro must be covered. Multi-application coverage does not remove developer-seat requirements or permit resale of the component library. Your order and the commercial license define the permitted use, source access and distribution restrictions.

If terms conflict, expressly agreed order terms take priority for that order, then the applicable software license for software use. These website terms do not reduce rights already granted under an accepted order or a separate open-source license.

4. Orders, payment and delivery

Review the developer count, application scope, billing interval, price and taxes before confirming checkout. Published standard prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows the amount and currency payable. Applicable taxes may be added. An order is fulfilled after payment is confirmed and the required order information and terms have been accepted. Licenses and eligible Web downloads are delivered digitally through your account.

OutSystems Pro uses assisted delivery. After purchase, submit a package request with your destination environment’s Activation Code through your account. We manually review the request and submit the native package and code to OutSystems for IPP processing. Our current exports originate in a Personal Environment. Delivery depends on OutSystems accepting the transfer; we do not guarantee approval or an installation date. Contact us before purchasing if OutSystems is your primary target. Processed packages are delivered through the requesting account. Community native packages are distributed through Forge.

The seller and payment provider are identified at checkout and on your receipt. For orders processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and reseller, and its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. BluTek Media LLC remains the software licensor and provides product support. Availability of a payment provider is determined by the checkout offered for your order.

Transactions clearly marked as test or sandbox transactions do not take a real payment or grant a commercial license.

5. Renewals, upgrades and cancellation

Standard Pro subscriptions bill annually and renew automatically unless renewal is canceled before the next billing date. Your account and checkout identify the renewal date and price. We will communicate changes to renewal pricing before they take effect and obtain consent where required by law.

Releases covered by a paid license remain usable after renewal ends. Renewal extends access to new releases and support. Canceling renewal does not disable releases already covered by your paid license. Continued use remains subject to the developer count, application scope and other terms of that license.

Adding developer seats or moving to multi-application coverage takes effect after the upgrade payment is confirmed, with a prorated charge for the remaining billing period shown before confirmation. Manage available changes in your account, or contact us. Cancel renewal through your account or the billing provider identified on your receipt. For Paddle orders, you can also use Paddle’s buyer support. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions.

6. License checks, OutSystems activation and Enterprise

Standard Pro 1.0 releases on Web and OutSystems (and earlier Web releases from 0.2.4) verify the license signature, application scope and paid release coverage locally, and periodically contact https://blukavantui.blutekmedia.com/api/licenses/status to check current license status. The runtime attempts a refresh daily while in use and caches a signed response in the browser. An ordinary renewal cancellation does not revoke earlier paid rights or prevent activation of covered releases.

Standard OutSystems Pro requires a successful first activation. Its kill switch blocks interaction with Pro components after a confirmed revocation, or seven days after the last successful activation if it cannot refresh. Missing or invalid keys also block those components. The check does not delete application data. Restore connectivity and valid activation to resume component interaction. The rest of your application remains your responsibility.

Your network firewall or proxy must allow outbound HTTPS on port 443 from application users’ browsers to blukavantui.blutekmedia.com, and the application’s Content Security Policy must permit that origin in connect-src. A firewall, proxy, browser restriction or service outage that prevents refresh does not extend the seven-day window. No inbound access to your application is required. Standard Web components retain local validation during a licensing-service outage; a confirmed revocation produces an unlicensed notice.

Enterprise is available by contacting us. An accepted written Enterprise agreement may include an offline entitlement that removes online status checks and the seven-day cutoff. That exception requires an issued Enterprise key; it is not included in standard Pro. Local signature, application-scope and release-coverage checks remain, and offline operation does not expand the rights in the agreement. These checks are not a substitute for your application’s security controls. Previously distributed packages are not remotely rewritten by this policy.

7. Refunds and support

Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Paddle purchases follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, without additional refund conditions imposed by BluTek Media LLC. Mandatory legal rights and rights already granted for earlier purchases remain unaffected.

When a refund takes effect, the license rights funded by that transaction end, including rights to downloaded copies. Separate paid license rights remain in place. This describes the effect of a refund, not an additional condition for obtaining one.

Pro support is available during the paid coverage period through our contact form. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, we do not promise a particular response time, a service-level agreement or delivery of a requested feature. Documentation and examples help you implement the library; you remain responsible for testing your applications and their security, accessibility and suitability.

8. Responsible use

Do not use our website or services to break the law, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass licensing or infringe another person’s rights. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or real customer information to public demonstrations. We may restrict website or account access to address abuse, security incidents or material breaches, with notice where reasonably possible. Any termination of software rights is governed by the applicable license, order and law; cancellation of renewal alone is not a breach.

9. Your data and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You retain rights to your application code and data. Third-party services, linked websites and separately licensed software have their own terms. OutSystems and payment-provider services are not operated by BluTek Media LLC.

10. Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain the website and correct problems, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Software warranties and liability limits are governed by the applicable software license and accepted order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an ongoing account or subscription will be communicated through the website or account email as appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively take away paid license rights. If new terms require your agreement, we will request it before applying them.
